These letters are gathered from varied sources, and have been used in schools around the country.  Even though these letters provide an effective base to work with, schools need to review them carefully and revise them to meet te specific circumstances.  It is always prudent to have a trained Public Information Officer and/or attorney approve the content before releasing.
